💫 Founder’s Story

I’m Cindy Blekaitis, the founder of Fairy Godmother Cayman — Master Certified Life Coach, Professional Wingwoman, Intuitive Guide, and a woman who’s lived the very transitions I now help others navigate.

After moving to the Cayman Islands in 2002 from Canada, I became the first Counsellor for the Women’s Resource Centre. It was a 2 year government contract and I thought, sure why not? Anyone who has relocated to Cayman has an “OMG” story. Mine is in my blog if you’re interested. 10 years later…still loving Cayman but needed a new challenge. Once I opened my mind, the opportunity to be Programme Manager at EAP Cayman appeared. A non-profit company offering mental health counselling and corporate wellness. For 12 years EAP Cayman was my baby and then it was time for something new, Fairy Godmother Cayman was born.

My own major life transitions from the relocation, getting married, starting a family, changing jobs, getting divorced, single motherhood, getting remarried etc. etc. I realized how vital heart-centered support is during times of upheaval. I created Fairy Godmother Cayman to offer the kind of guidance I wish for everyone — grounded, compassionate, and empowering.

Whether I’m coaching a client through heartbreak, guiding a newcomer through the realities of Cayman living, or holding space with oracle cards or facilitating a transformational retreat — I bring the full depth of my lived experience, education/training, and intuition to every session.
